Every year Vriksharopana Utsav is celebrated on 22nd of Shravan (7 or 8th August), the occasion of death anniversary day of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore. This year Tarapur Natun Digonto Club will organise this program to plant more than 100 young trees in Tarapur primary school maidan and many other places. All club members started this plantation program few days ago but they want to completedl this on the occasion of Vriksharopan utsav. This is a great initiative to make the world green and help to reduce global warming, save our climate from polution and make our atmosphere neat & clean.

With the aim of combating the deadly disease Dengue, Tarapur natun diganta club, Tarapur, Birbhum going to organized a special DENGUE AWARENESS CAMPAIGN. The day all club members participating enthusiastically, joining hands against the terror of Dengue. A special rally was flagged off to spread awareness among the masses about Dengue and its preventive measures. Club Members did door to door campaigning in our locality (Tarapur, Joysinpur, Shahapur) advocating the message- ‘We can win against Dengue’.
