- "Member" refers to any individual who joins the Club
- "Executive Committee" refers to the governing body of the Club

2. MEMBERSHIP

- Membership is open to individuals who share the Club's mission and values
- Members must be at least 18 years old
- Members must agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions

3. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Members are expected to participate in Club activities and events
- Members are expected to respect and uphold the Club's mission and values
- Members are expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

4. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES

- The Executive Committee is responsible for governing the Club and making decisions on its behalf
- The Executive Committee is responsible for ensuring the Club's financial sustainability and transparency
- The Executive Committee is responsible for ensuring the Club's compliance with relevant laws and regulations

5. FINANCIAL TERMS

- Membership fees will be determined by the Executive Committee and are subject to change
- Members are responsible for paying their membership fees on time

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

- Members must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Members must not disclose confidential information to third parties without permission

7. TERMINATION

- Membership may be terminated by the Executive Committee for breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Membership may be terminated by the Member with written notice to the Executive Committee

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation and arbitration
